General Information

Where do your plants grow?

We have many greenhouses in Florida located around Apopka and Mount Dora. Most of our collections start here and are in expert hands as they mature. Some of our more exotic collections ship from various locations around the world.

Who makes your pottery?

Many of our collections are handmade by our in-house artisans to perfectly fit our grower pots and have options with or without drainage holes. If you choose one of our classic items without a drainage hole, keep your peace of mind knowing that our plant experts only use well draining soil for all of our plants reducing the risk of root rot. We recommend to always check the first two inches of soil and only water 1/3 of the planters volume if the soil is dry.

Do you offer wholesale options?

Yes! We would love to chat about our wholesale opportunities with you. We sell to many retailers around the country and offer special pricing with unique shipping and merchandising options. Contact us at ideas@theurbanjungle.com with your company information and we’ll be happy to help.

How do I become a good plant parent?

We understand that not everyone has a green thumb and that’s ok!  We are here to help you become the best plant parent. All our plants include simple care instructions to get you started. In addition, we offer in-depth care and common issues located in our Plant Guide to help keep your plant family happy and healthy.

How can I become an influencer?

Shipping

Where is my tracking number?

You will receive an email with your order information and tracking number.

If you don't recieve it within a few day, contact us at hello@theurbanjungle.com.

What shipping methods do you use?

All our orders are shipped via FedEx and UPS.

Returns & Refunds

Do you accept returns?

At this time we do not accept returns or refunds however we do guarantee our plants for 15 days after order arrival otherwise we’ll gladly replace the plant or broken product.

Orders

My order arrived damaged, what’s the next step?

Plants are fragile and may experience a bumpy ride during shipment so we package our products with ample protection and care but understand that accidents can happen and are here to help make it right. Should your order arrive damaged, email a photo along with your order number and date of arrival to ideas@theurbanjungle.com. A plant specialist will reach out as soon as possible to review your information.

How can I cancel my order?

Each order is processed in real time and shipped as soon as possible. We will try to stop your order but may be unable to catch it in time. Please reach out to ideas@theurbanjungle.com as soon as possible so we may look into your order.

Can I create a wish list?

Easily start a wish list by clicking the heart icons at the bottom right of each product photo. You can always edit your wish list items by logging into your account.

How do a place a large order?

Need to create a large order for an event or corporate gifting? Not a problem! Contact us at ideas@theurbanjungle.com and we will be happy to help.

How do I change my account information?

To update your address or payment information, login to your account and update your information under the address or payment method section.

Why am I getting your newsletter?

At one point you have signed up for our newsletter which will send periodic emails with company highlights, coupons, and promotions. To change your preferences or to unsubscribe, click on the “update preferences” or “unsubscribe” at the bottom of the newsletter.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and Paypal.
